Monitoring Panel Members
Participants were selected through a
process of consultation with a wide variety of individuals and organizations interested in
and affected by the monitoring of salmonid populations. Regional, national, and
internationally renowned experts from various relevant disciplines were recruited to
participate. Emphasis on National Academy of Sciences members and other indicators
of highly respected peers in their field were utilized in the selection process. The
final panel will be comprised of respected and experienced academic researchers
representing a range of scientific disciplines from both the private and public sectors.
