Abstract:
This coverage shows property ownership for the Dungeness watershed on the northern Olympic Peninsula in 1935. This coverage was created by scanning copies of township by township archival paper maps found in the Pacific Northwest collection of the University of Washington. These original maps were produced by the Metzger Engineering Company in Tacoma, WA. Townships covered included T31N, R3W and R4W; T30N, R3W and R4W.
Purpose:
The purpose of this coverage is to be a part of a time series of maps which show property ownership changes in the lower Dungeness watershed from 1863 to 1992.
