Individual Parcels Within Proposed 150 foot SMA Buffer in City of Forks Urban Growth Area

This map set consists of 56 separate maps depicting individual parcels intersecting the 150 foot SMA jurisdiction buffer proposed by the City of Forks. Only parcels within the City of Forks Urban Growth Area (UGA) are affected by this porposed SMA buffer.

Each parcel, outlined in red, is depicted at scales ranging from 1:1200 to 1:3600. Overlaid on the parcels are the City of Forks' other proposed SMA jurisdiction buffers of 75, 150 and 200 feet from OHWM (Ordinary High Water Mark) along SMA Waters (see 2011 report).

Each map has an overlaid grid whose yellow lines are 208.75 feet apart (depicting 1 acre square) and dashed black and white lines 466.69 feet apart (depicting 5 acres square). The purpose of this grid is to allow landowners to estimate the size of their parcels.

Parcels depicted may have more than one geographically discreet part per parcel number. These are presented separately on these maps.

The aerial photos are the latest available from USDA's National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) 2011 series.

The City of Forks UGA is divided into four regions for these maps:
